Qualifications

• 5-14 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors.
• Experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
• Expertise in LMS reporting and exposure to PRD reporting.
• Performing all aspects of SF LMS administration.
• Experience in integrating with SuccessFactors module.
• At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SF or two SF support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Configure application to meet customer needs.
• Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes.
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process.
• Keep up with bi-annual SF upgrades and educate customers accordingly.

• Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
• Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients' needs
• Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting
• Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration
• Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module
• At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements

Good-to-Have

• Multiple certification SAP SuccessFactors module
• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements
• Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools
• Support the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD tool

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

1. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
2. Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
3. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
4. Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors

Eligibility Criteria

BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post.

Qualification

Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
