• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Designing and implementing of end to end compensation cycles workflows and business rules.
• Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution.
• Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.

Good-to-Have

• Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
• Knowledge in Variable pay configurations
• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
