Qualifications

• Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Framework and integration impacts.
• Deep understanding of Total Rewards, salary structures and job architecture.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design and process mapping.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations with senior stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus.
• Experience with RBP, Reporting/Analytics, SAP Joule or AI-enabled HR capabilities.
• Experience with global HR transformations and multi-country deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional designs.
• Support compensation planning, merit reviews, bonus planning, and Variable Pay cycles.
• Review config changes and assess impacts across integrations, security, reporting, and downstream processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, release assessments, and regression testing.
• Partner with business, HR, Technology, AMS, and vendors to deliver improvements and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, reporting and automation.
