Job summary

Careernet in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to design and configure Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. You will translate policies into configurations, lead implementation cycles, and provide production support across compensation processes.

Ideal candidates have 5-15 years of SAP SF consulting experience, strong knowledge of Employee Central and analytics, and hands-on configuration of complex incentive plans. MBA/B.Tech graduates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay, including incentive plan configuration and payout calculations.
• Ability to design compensation solutions that support complex eligibility, budgeting, calibration, and approval requirements.
• Experience with functional testing, issue analysis, integrations, data validation, and production support for SuccessFactors solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay programs, including bonus calculations, business goals, and payout structures.
