• Support SIT, UAT, defects, releases, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with business, HR, Tech, AMS, and vendors to deliver improvements and govern the platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation.

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Solutions Consultant - Total Rewards

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and specifications.
• Support compensation planning, merit reviews, bonus planning, and Variable Pay cycles.
• Review configuration changes and assess impacts across integrations, security, reporting, and downstream processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, release assessments, and regression testing.
• Partner with business, HR, Technology, AMS, and vendor teams to deliver improvements and maintain platform governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, reporting, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-10 years of HR Technology experience, including 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong experience in Compensation, Variable Pay, and Employee Central.
• Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Framework, and integration impact assessment.
• Strong understanding of Total Rewards, including compensation guidelines, salary structures, job architecture, and workforce rewards programs.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional solution design, process mapping, impact assessment, and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations and working with senior stakeholders, vendors, and AMS teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation or Employee Central certification.
• Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Reporting & Analytics, SAP Joule, or AI-enabled HR capabilities.
• Experience with global HR transformations, multi-country deployments, or HR Operations.
