The candidate will engage in recruiting management, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation planning, succession, LMS learning, and internal opportunities. This role supports dynamic project teams and OKRs in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Employee Central responsibilities: central master data, org structures, compliance.
• Employee Central Payroll: localized payroll processing connected to core data.
• Time Tracking: records hours, absences, leave, shift schedules.
• Global Benefits: country-specific benefits and compensation components.
• Recruiting Management & Marketing: job requisitions, candidate tracking, sourcing metrics.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: automation of new-hire processes and departure workflows.
• Performance & Goals: goal setting, feedback, appraisals, 360 reviews.
• Compensation: salary adjustments, bonus planning, budgeting.
• Succession & Development: identify high-potential talent, leadership pipelines.
• Learning (LMS): track trainings and certifications.
• Talent Intelligence Hub: manage skills ontology and growth portfolio.
• Opportunity Marketplace: connect employees to internal growth options, mentorships.

Key Responsibilities:

Core HR and Payroll

• Employee Central (EC): Serves as the central backbone and single source of truth for global employee master data, organizational structures, and compliance.
• Employee Central Payroll: Manages localized payroll processing integrated directly with core employee data.
• Time Tracking: Records work hours, absences, leave management, and shift schedules. [1, 2]
• Global Benefits: Organizes country-specific employee benefits and compensation components. [1]

Talent Acquisition

• Recruiting Management & Marketing: Handles job requisitions, candidate tracking, career sites, and sourcing metrics. [1, 2, 3]
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Automates new-hire integration, task workflows, documentation, and departure processes. [1, 2, 3]

Talent Management and Development

• Performance & Goals: Manages goal setting, continuous feedback, performance appraisals, and 360-degree reviews.
• Compensation: Supports strategic salary adjustments, bonus planning, and budget management.
• Succession & Development: Identifies high-potential talent, builds leadership pipelines, and maps career paths.
• Learning (LMS): Tracks training programs, self-paced online courses, and employee certifications.
• Talent Intelligence Hub: Manages the skills ontology, growth portfolio, and attribute libraries.
• Opportunity Marketplace: Connects employees with internal growth options, mentorships, and project roles.

Dynamic Teams: Allows creation of dynamic project teams with specific OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
