Job summary

Indigi Consulting is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors admin with 1-3 years experience to join our HR tech team in India. You will configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, manage payroll with Indian Payroll, and support time management workflows across projects.

The role involves collaborating with HR and IT, gathering requirements, testing, documenting, and ensuring statutory payroll compliance. A graduate or postgraduate in HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including employee data, organizational structures, and HR workflows.
• Work on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Indian Payroll, based on project requirements.
• Handle Indian Payroll processes, including payroll configuration, statutory requirements, and payroll processing support.
• Configure and support Time Management functionalities, including attendance, work schedules, time accounts, and leave management.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate with HR and technical teams to implement suitable solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to end users.
• Assist in testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional documentation and support data migration and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian payroll statutory requirements and HR policies.
