Job summary

Exiga Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support HR transformation, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and production support initiatives.

You will translate HR business requirements into effective system solutions, participate in SIT/UAT, and coordinate between HR stakeholders and technical teams for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and support activities.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration and data management.
• Experience with testing, UAT, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements.
• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support activities.
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or other enterprise applications.
• Perform system configuration, validation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support SuccessFactors quarterly release activities and system improvements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
