Martian Wall Pvt Ltd. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focused on Core HR and Payroll, with a remote offshore arrangement.

You will work across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking, Global Benefits, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Succession, LMS, and Opportunity Marketplace to implement and optimize global HR processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, localization, and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll modules.
• Familiarity with Time Tracking and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with global payroll localization is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement and optimize EC/Payroll configurations.
• Coordinate with HR teams for data migration and testing.
• Provide post-go-live support and training.

• Employee Central (EC): Serves as the central backbone and single source of truth for global employee master data, organizational structures, and compliance. [1, 2]
• Employee Central Payroll: Manages localized payroll processing integrated directly with core employee data.
• Time Tracking: Records work hours, absences, leave management, and shift schedules. [1, 2]
• Global Benefits: Organizes country-specific employee benefits and compensation components.

Talent Acquisition

• Recruiting Management & Marketing: Handles job requisitions, candidate tracking, career sites, and sourcing metrics.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Automates new-hire integration, task workflows, documentation, and departure processes.

Talent Management and Development

• Performance & Goals: Manages goal setting, continuous feedback, performance appraisals, and 360-degree reviews.
• Compensation: Supports strategic salary adjustments, bonus planning, and budget management.
• Succession & Development: Identifies high-potential talent, builds leadership pipelines, and maps career paths.
• Learning (LMS): Tracks training programs, self-paced online courses, and employee certifications.
• Talent Intelligence Hub: Manages the skills ontology, growth portfolio, and attribute libraries.
