Job summary

SystemsPlus is hiring a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions. The consultant will work with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, design, configuration, testing, and production support, with focus on Employee Central, Benefits and Onboarding modules. 4 days a month working from Pune, India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation.
• Strong configuration experience in multiple modules; Employee Central, Benefits, and Onboarding required.
• Experience with business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Experience with reporting and data management within SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and implement modules such as Employee Central, Benefits, Onboarding, and more.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and solution documentation.
• Execute SIT/UAT and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with integration teams for interfaces with SAP S/4HANA, payroll, and third-party HR systems.
• Provide production support, issue analysis, and change request implementation.
• Ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors best practices and release management.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions. The

consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and

technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions across the employee lifecycle,

including implementation, enhancements, integrations, and production support.

• Configure and implement one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Benefits, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, or Succession)
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and solution documentation.
• Execute system testing (SIT/UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with integration teams for interfaces with SAP S/4HANA, payroll, and third-party HR systems.
• Provide production support, issue analysis, and change request implementation.
• Ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors best practices and release management processes.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation.
• Strong configuration experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules; experience in the Employee Central, Benefits, and Onboarding modules is a minimum requirement.
• Experience with business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Experience with reporting and data management within SuccessFactors.
