Job summary

Würth IT India in Pune is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancements across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules. You will lead workshops with business stakeholders, coordinate data migration, testing, and deployment activities while contributing to functional design and documentation.

The role requires strong HR process knowledge, collaboration skills, and the ability to work with global teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and documentation practices.
• Proficient with MS Excel and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on SAP HCM operations and configuration across modules (OM,PA,PT,PY,INTEGRATION).
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and drive solution discussions.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional documents, user guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.

# SAP Success Factors ConsultantApply now PuneFull-time## Introduction for positionThe SAP HCM Consultant / SAP SuccessFactors is responsible for supporting implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
