Our Client is Looking for: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Powai, Mumbai (Hybrid: Office + Home)

Duration: Permanent

Experience: 8 – 10 Years

Salary Range: ₹13,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join the team in Mumbai. This role requires strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules (including EC, People Analytics, PMGM, Learning, RCM, and Onboarding 2.0), with hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end implementations and upgrade cycles.

The first month will be Work from Office (WFO), followed by a Hybrid work model. The role involves leading global-scale deliveries, driving integrations, and ensuring optimized, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementations and upgrades.
• Work with modules: EC, People Analytics, PMGM, Learning, RCM, Onboarding 2.0.
• Leverage OData APIs (v2 & v4) and SuccessFactors API endpoints for integrations.
• Develop and execute system integration test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, chair meetings, and manage Scrum calls.
• Design adaptive and scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, private/public cloud).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8+ years of industry experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in EC & People Analytics (mandatory).
• Proven hands‑on experience in at least one full implementation and upgrade cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Center and Intelligent Services.
• Analytical thinking with problem‑solving mindset.

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and full SDLC process.
• Familiarity with tools: Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, with a proactive and self‑motivated approach.
