Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation consultant to design and implement compensation and variable pay solutions. You will lead cross‑functional workshops, translate business strategies into technical configurations, and mentor junior consultants across PAN India deployments.

The role involves configuring worksheets, budgets, and currency rules, managing templates and XML workflows, and ensuring accurate data flows from SAP Employee Central to payroll or external systems.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional workshops.
• Experience with multi-currency compensation setups.
• Mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Configure compensation worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, budget modeling, and multi-currency frameworks.
• Design templates, set up cycles, XML configurations, and workflow rules for merit, bonuses, and equity.
• Ensure seamless data flow across core HRIS (SAP Employee Central) and integrate with payroll or external systems.
• PAN India deployment and liaison with business teams.
