Job summary

SP Staffing seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation consultant for Pan India hybrid work. 8+ years of hands-on experience in SF Compensation implementations and support is required, with SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation.

You will lead multiple full-cycle implementations, configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, and budgets, and integrate with SAP HCM/ECC connectors or middleware. Data migration and reporting skills (People Analytics/Query Designer) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant hands-on experience with SF Compensation implementations and support.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Proven track record of 3–4 full-cycle implementations or migrations in SF Compensation.
• Strong skills configuring compensation plans, eligibility rules, pay components, workflows, and budgets.
• Integration experience with SAP HCM/ECC connectors, APIs, SAP PO, or other middleware.
• Data migration techniques and tools for compensation data.
• People Analytics and Query Designer for compensation reporting (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Lead SF Compensation module implementations and support projects.
• Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, and budgets.
• Build and optimize compensation reports using Analytics/Query Designer.
• Manage integrations with SAP HCM/ECC and middleware solutions.
• Oversee data migration for compensation data.
