Job summary

Lactalis India in Chennai is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant for a full-time role. You will provide functional support for Compensation and Variable Pay modules, resolve issues, and assist users across cycles and releases.

Responsibilities include managing service requests, configuring templates and budgets, and ensuring data validation and testing. Documentation and process improvement are emphasized in the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in one Compensation and Variable Pay implementation or support project.
• Good understanding of Compensation planning, Variable Pay processes, worksheets, budgets, and eligibility rules.

• Manage service requests, incidents, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed SLAs.

• Support Compensation and Variable Pay cycle activities, including testing, data validation, worksheet launch, and post-launch support.
• Perform testing for configuration changes and releases.
