Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a SAP EC Time Off Consultant to configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module from our Navi Mumbai operations. You will translate HR requirements into precise system configurations and support integrations with other SAP modules.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, perform testing and UAT, and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth operations across Capgemini’s global clients.

• Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off to meet business needs.
• Experience translating HR requirements into system configurations.
