Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding consultant for our Navi Mumbai delivery team. You will gather requirements, configure RCM and Onboarding 2.0, and design templates and workflows to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows, offer management, candidate experience, and onboarding processes.
• Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
• Familiarity with Integration Center and MDF Objects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Recruiting and Onboarding processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
• Design and maintain templates, workflows, and onboarding programs.
• Manage candidate experience, recruiting marketing integrations, and onboarding activities.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
