Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP SF EC Consultant to join our Hyderabad delivery center. You will drive end-to-end Employee Central implementations, including configuration of MDF Framework, rules, workflows, data models, and integrations.

The role requires strong domain knowledge and hands-on EC experience to support global clients through implementation and optimization phases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead design sessions, and mentor junior consultants while

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of overall SAP experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central Configuration, Foundation Objects, MDF Framework, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, RBP, Data Models, Picklists and Associations.
• Experience with Employee Central data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead EC end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations from planning to go-live.
• Configure and optimize MDF, Foundation Objects, rules, workflows, and data models within EC.
• Collaborate with global clients and project teams to deliver SAP SuccessFactors projects.

Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP SF EC Consultant, you will :

• Certified in SAP SF Employee Central.
• Must have at least 2 or more Employee Central end to end implementation from planning to configuration through go-live
• Must have worked on MDF and foundation objects business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, role based permissions.
• Relevant consulting or industry experience and experience in configuring, implementing and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience on Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time-Off, time-sheet and Benefits.

Your Profile - Skills Required :
