Job summary

Capgemini in Navi Mumbai, India seeks an experienced SAP WFS Consultant to design and implement payroll solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will gather requirements, configure ECP, and collaborate with HR teams across projects.

Role requires strong knowledge of statutory payroll rules, data migration, testing, and go-live activities, with global client exposure and a focus on compliance and optimization of payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of SAP HCM experience.
• At least 4 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience with payroll data migration and cutover activities.
• Strong understanding of statutory payroll requirements and compliance processes.
• Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Design and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll functions, and operations.
• Configure payroll processes, time evaluation integration, and statutory payroll requirements.
• Work closely with Employee Central consultants to design end-to-end HR and payroll solutions.
• Support payroll control center activities and payroll process optimization.Perform payroll testing, parallel runs, UAT support, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Ensure payroll compliance with country-specific statutory regulations.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

• 6-12 years of overall SAP HCM experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Hands-on experience with payroll data migration and cutover activities.
