Job summary

Capgemini in Navi Mumbai is seeking an SAP EC Time Off Consultant to configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into configurations, and support integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth post-go-live operations.

The role involves collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, performing system testing, UAT support, and documenting configurations to help deliver end-to-end HR

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Hands-on experience with business rules configuration.
• Experience with role-based permissions (RBP).
• Understanding of Employee Central foundation objects and MDF objects.
