Job summary

Capgemini Mumbai is seeking an SAP Service Management Lead/SME with 9-15+ years of SAP experience to design, implement, and optimize service lifecycle processes in SAP S/4HANA Service. You will lead workshops, configure service orders, contracts, warranties, field service, and integrate with SAP SD/MM/EWM/Finance while guiding global rollout and support engagements.
