Job summary

Capgemini in Mumbai invites a Senior Consultant for SuccessFactors Time Management to lead configuration, operations and governance of Time modules. You will resolve issues, implement enhancements and drive continuous improvements in Time Tracking and Time Off functionalities, working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with SF Time Tracking/Time Off, independent work on issues, and a Bachelor's degree in HR/IT/Business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Off.
• Ability to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field; SF certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Senior Consultant SuccessFactors Time Management supports configuration, operations, and governance of SF Time modules.
• Responsible for issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement of Time Tracking and Time Off functionalities.
• Configure and maintain Time Tracking Time Off modules including: Time Profiles Time Types.
• Integration Payroll Coordination: Support integrations between SF Time Management, EC, and Payroll systems (SAP Payroll preferred).
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and business managers for seamless execution.

As a SAPEC Time managementConsultant, you will :

• The Senior Consultant SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Tracking Time Off) supports the configuration, operations, and governance of SF Time modules.
• The consultant is responsible for issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement of Time Tracking and Time Off functionalities.
• Solution Configuration SupportConfigure and maintain Time Tracking Time Off modules including:Time Profiles Time Types.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

• Ability to work independently on issues and enhancementsExperience Qualifications47 years of experience in Time Management systems or Workforce Management
• Minimum 23 years handson with SF Time Tracking / Time Off
• Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields
• SuccessFactors certification (EC or Time Management) preferredKPIs / Success MeasuresAccuracy of time leave data and reduction in errors
