Capgemini India is seeking a SAP SF PMGM Consultant to lead requirement workshops, configure Performance & Goal Management, and support UAT and deployment. You will design Goal Plans, review forms, and integrations with Employee Central while collaborating with global clients in a fast-paced delivery environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in SuccessFactors, a relevant certification, and proficiency in HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years configuring SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management.
• Experience in HR processes: evaluations, goal setting, reviews.
• Certified in SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops with clients.
