Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end EC implementation, configuration, and ongoing support across global clients.

The role requires hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, data models, and complex RB P permissions, with emphasis on Position Management, reporting, and time-off processes. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in SAP and at least 2 EC end-to-end implementations, and will

Qualifications

• 6-12 years overall SAP experience.
• Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central Configuration, Foundation Objects, MDF Framework, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, RB P, Data Models.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Work on MDF Framework, data models, picklists and associations.
• Handle data migration activities for Employee Central and related objects.
