Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for SAP requirements across modules (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, EWM, SuccessFactors, Basis).
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve targets and milestones.
• Drive sourcing strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of SAP professionals.
• Translate client requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to prioritise demands and ensure timely closures.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (CV submissions, interview-to-selection ratio, TAT, offer-to-join, productivity).
• Conduct regular team reviews and implement action plans to improve productivity and quality.
• Handle niche SAP requirements through hands-on sourcing when required.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to processes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with 6+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years of team handling experience. The candidate must have strong expertise in SAP hiring, team leadership, stakeholder management, and recruitment delivery. The role involves managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring targets, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates for SAP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for SAP requirements across multiple modules, including SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, EWM, SuccessFactors, Basis, and other SAP technologies.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and delivery milestones.
• Drive sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified SAP professionals.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to prioritize demands and ensure timely closures.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics, including CV submissions, interview-to-selection ratio, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and overall team productivity.
• Conduct regular team reviews, track individual performance, and implement action plans to improve productivity and quality.
• Handle critical and niche SAP requirements through hands-on sourcing and candidate screening when required.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding to ensure successful closures.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure adherence to recruitment processes and client expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in team handling, team leadership, or managing recruiters.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP recruitment across multiple modules.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.
• Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, pipeline management, and performance improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in IT staffing, consulting, or SAP-focused recruitment.
• A combination of hands-on recruitment delivery and team management experience.
• Strong ownership, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office (WFO).
