Job summary

Palni, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT recruiter in Hyderabad to manage end-to-end SAP recruitment for contract and permanent roles.

You will source, screen, and select SAP consultants across modules like FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA, and more, coordinating with clients and delivery teams to meet hiring timelines. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, hands-on Boolean search experience, and familiarity with international hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years in SAP recruitment.
• Experience in IT staffing or contract staffing is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of SAP modules and consultant skill requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring for international markets is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, EWM, BTP, etc.
• Coordinate with clients, account managers, and delivery teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills and project experience.
• Negotiate rates, check availability, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
• Handle contract staffing (C2H) and permanent hiring for domestic and international clients.
