Job summary

N-LABS.AI PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter with 0-1 year of IT/SAP recruitment experience. Freshers with SAP knowledge are encouraged to apply and join a dynamic IT recruitment team in Hyderabad.

You will source and screen SAP candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records while building a strong SAP talent pipeline for current and future openings. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year IT/SAP recruitment experience; freshers with SAP knowledge welcome.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules/terminology (FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, Basis, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors).
• Basic knowledge of SAP technical and functional roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals for sourcing.
• Knowledge of candidate screening techniques and sourcing basics.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in SAP recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Understand SAP job requirements and identify relevant skill sets.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on SAP skills, experience, location, notice period and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to assess skills and interests.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/database.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers on SAP hires.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of SAP candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
