Job summary

GyanSys Inc. in India seeks an experienced SAP Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end SAP delivery from Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune in a hybrid work model. The role demands 8-15 years of SAP implementation and strong hands-on technical leadership across multiple projects.

You will guide teams of 8–20 consultants, shape architecture, optimize performance, and align with SAP Activate and Agile delivery methodologies while leveraging S/4HANA knowledge and BTP, CPI/PI integrations.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of SAP implementation and support experience.
• Strong hands-on technical with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading teams of 8-20+ consultants across multiple SAP projects.
• End-to-end SAP implementation, S/4HANA transformation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.
• Guide architecture, design, and delivery of SAP solutions.

SAP Technical Lead / SAP Solution Architect / SAP Delivery Lead

Location :

Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune (Hybrid/Work from :)

• 8 - 15 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience.
• Strong hands-on technical experience along with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading teams of 8- 20+ consultants across multiple SAP projects.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation, S/4HANA transformation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS :
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.

Required Skills

• Expertise in one or more of the following:
• i. SAP ABAP (OO ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, RAP)
• ii. SAP Fiori/UI5
• iii. SAP BTP (CAP, Integration Suite, Extension Suite)
• iv. SAP Integration (PI/PO, CPI)
• v. SAP Workflow and APIs
• Experience with SAP Clean Core principles and SAP best practices.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, performance optimization, and system integrations.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Migration or Greenfield implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP BTP, AI/ML, GenAI, Joule, or Automation solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware.
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA, BTP, or relevant technology is Period : Immediate to 30 days preferred (up to 60 days may be considered for exceptional candidates)
