SAP ABAP -HR Technical Consultant

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC HCM ABAP development and ABAP Workflow with demonstration experience in taking ownership and ensuring high quality solutions
• Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Benefits Administration modules
• Experience with HR info-types with the demonstrated experience in designing custom extensions.
• Experience with SAP IDoc processing and interfaces with third party benefits providers
• Experience with SAP ODATA V4 APIs and RESTful API programming.
• Demonstrated understanding of ESS/MSS
• 2+ years of experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Media & Entertainment experience would be ideal
• SAP Certified Development – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.5
• SAP Certified Application – SAP HCM with ERP Experience with BTP CAPM and RAPM programming
• Experience with SuccessFactors and understanding of EC (Employee Central)
• Knowledge of implementing AI and ML solutions in SAP data space
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Experience with SAP API management in SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with JS, React JS, CSS, HTML, Groovy Scripts and CI/CD pipeline tools.
