The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring SAP consultants while ensuring timely closures and delivering a positive candidate experience. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP C2H, source across modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, ABAP, HCM, S/4HANA, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate rates, and maintain candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of IT recruitment experience with SAP focus.
• Expertise in C2H staffing and contract hiring.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals.
• Good understanding of SAP modules, implementations, and rollouts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
