Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. seeks a SAP HCM Testing Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience across Time Management and Payroll modules. You will test complex PCRs, ABAP reports, and custom objects within SAP HCM landscapes, using automation tools like TOSCA and ensuring robust SIT/UAT cycles.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. Experience in S/4HANA HCM, Fiori/OData, and SAP integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience with JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar) and building automated test scripts.
• Understanding retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work with functional, technical, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP HCM testing across Time Management and Payroll modules and related customizations.
• Lead SIT cycles and support UAT, including defect tracking and retesting.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using SAP testing tools.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate requirements.
• Ensure quality through adherence to SAP HCM testing standards and terminology.

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.


• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery


• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.


• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.


• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.


• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.


• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
