Highbrow Technology Inc invites an experienced SAP HCM Testing Consultant to join our team in India. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on testing experience across SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, with strong exposure to JIRA, Agile, and delivery processes.

You will test complex PCRs, ABAP reports, and time/payroll rule changes, and build automated test scripts using TOSCA or similar tools. You will participate in SIT cycles and support UAT with defect management, ensuring robust

Qualifications

• 6-10 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.
