Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking a SAP HCM Testing Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience across Time Management and Payroll modules. The role requires expertise in SAP HCM testing, JIRA and Agile delivery, and strong automation skills.

You will coordinate SIT cycles, support UAT, and work closely with cross-functional teams to validate complex PCRs, retroactive payroll scenarios, and ABAP reports in a full SAP HCM landscape.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar).
• Demonstrated ability testing retroactive payroll processing and related scenarios.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM testing terminology and processes.
• Excellent communication with functional, technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute SAP HCM test scenarios for Time Management and Payroll.
• Coordinate SIT cycles, support UAT, and manage defects across teams.
• Validate complex PCRs, schema changes, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Test ABAP reports/objects within SAP HCM landscape and ensure data integrity.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.


• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery


• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.


• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.


• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.


• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.


• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).


• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Good to have:

• Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.


• Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.


• Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/ServiceNow-type systems.


• Familiarity with collective agreement-driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).


• SAP HCM functional certification.
