Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking a SAP HCM Testing Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience. The role focuses on SAP HCM testing, especially Time Management and Payroll, plus ABAP reports, and test automation using TOSCA. You will collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Strong communication and experience in SIT/UAT are essential. Prior exposure to S/4HANA HCM or Fiori testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
