Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc invites an experienced SAP HCM Testing Consultant to join a delivery-focused team. You will work across Time Management and Payroll modules, perform SIT/UAT testing, and contribute to test automation efforts.

The role demands 6+ years of hands-on SAP HCM testing, strong communication with functional and technical teams, and experience with JIRA and Agile. Locations include Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery
• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.


• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery

• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.

• SAP HCM functional certification.
