The role requires strong stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and client-facing communication, with exposure to transformation programs across HR, payroll, and finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for compensation planning.
• Configure templates, budgets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and worksheets.
• Design and support integrations between SF, SAP S/4HANA, Employee Central and other systems.
• Participate in S/4HANA transformation programs involving HR, payroll, and finance.
• Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Manage compensation cycle activities including planning, execution, and post-cycle support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide SAP best-practice recommendations.
