Job summary

LTM is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales advocates. You will ensure new hires and existing staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities include delivering onboarding, developing immersive simulations, conducting tool-based and product training, and tracking performance to drive time-to-proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in training, preferably in sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in IT or call center sales training.
• Instructional design and content development capability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales teams
• Develop immersive and simulation-based learning experiences
• Conduct tool-based and product training sessions
• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align training with business goals
• Track new hire performance and enable faster time-to-proficiency
• Incorporate gamification and engagement strategies in training delivery
• Provide feedback to improve training content and processes
• Monitor training effectiveness and report results
• Support ongoing skill development through refresher training

Required Skills

• Strong training delivery and facilitation skills
• Experience in sales training within IT or call center environments

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as MCT, CIPD, NLP (or equivalent)
