Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to design and deliver product training programs for our sales team. You will lead sessions, coach on core selling skills, and help reps understand features, benefits, and differentiators. Training will combine in-person and virtual delivery to maximize reach and impact.

You will also update materials, run refreshers, and assess progress with practical exercises and feedback to continuously raise the team’s performance.

Responsibilities

• Initial Sales Contribution (First 3 Months): Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, handle customer queries, and close sales to achieve early revenue targets.
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions for the sales team, focusing on core sales skills like communication, customer handling, and objection management.
• Facilitate interactive sessions such as role-plays, group discussions, and scenario-based learning to build confidence and sales acumen.
• Develop and implement product training modules, ensuring the team understands features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Equip trainees with the ability to position products effectively to customers and handle product-specific queries.
• Update training materials regularly to align with product updates or new launches.
• Conduct structured, high-impact training sessions both in-person and virtually as needed.
• Organize periodic refresher training programs to enhance skill retention and address knowledge gaps.
• Assess participants’ learning through mock sales pitches, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable guidance to improve individual performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and modern training techniques to continuously enhance the training process.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training modules.
