Infinity Learn in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Sales Training professional to develop and maintain an LMS, run coaching sessions, and analyze training effectiveness. You will design and deliver programs such as CRT, OJT, and product training to elevate sales performance.

Required is 4–6 years of experience in Sales Training or related Edtech/L&D, with strong LMS management and stakeholder collaboration across HR and Operations. English and Tamil fluency are mandatory.

• Strong LMS familiarity for user accounts, courses, and analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and performance.
  
• Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales representatives to improve their skills and provide feedback.
  
• Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Sales Training or related field (Edtech/Learning & Development).
  
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective sales training programs using various methodologies such as CRT, OJT, Product Training etc.
  
• Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to manage user accounts, courses, reporting analytics etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills (English and Tamil - Mandatory) with ability to work closely with stakeholders across different functions, including HR, Operations.
