Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd. in Gurgaon seeks a Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for the Sales and Customer Service teams. You will create materials, maintain curriculums, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, familiarity with LMS platforms, and strong communication and facilitation skills. Travel for field training is expected.

Job Title: Trainer

Department: Training & Development / Sales Training

Location: Corporate Office Healthcare, Gurgaon.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Training Design & Content Development

• Develop engaging digital and print training materials, including videos, manuals, and presentations.
• Maintain updated training curriculum, SOPs, and content repositories.

Training Delivery & Skill Enhancement

• Conduct classroom-style seminars, product orientations, and sales technique sessions.
• Facilitate role-plays and simulation activities to build interpersonal skills such as negotiation, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure all new hires complete basic sales and communication training.
• Conduct Sales Team refreshers viz-a-viz handle the Learning Platform for assessment purposes.

Capability Building & Performance Evaluation

• Identify individual and team-level skill gaps and design targeted training plans.
• Schedule and execute regular monthly/quarterly training programs.
• Coordinate mentorship and on-the-job coaching with managers, especially for difficult customer scenarios.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance improvements, assessments, and client feedback.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, CRM, Customer Service, and Operations teams to align training with business needs.
• Support new customer service representatives through structured induction and mentoring.
• Support Product Management team with B2B & B2C events.

Field Work

• Travel to new joiner’s region to identify gaps/on job trainings to suggest and incorporate changes in training needs basis market needs and updates ( ideally 5-7 days a month )

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• Graduate in B.Sc / B.Pharma / Education / HR or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar training role.
• Experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and interactive training formats.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design creative, engaging, and impactful training modules.
• Additional certifications in training & development will be a plus.
