Zoca in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to design and deliver programs for the sales team, develop instructional materials, and ensure resources align with strategic goals.

You will conduct in-person and virtual sessions, assess learning needs across the sales organization, monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with sales leadership to close skill gaps while maintaining complete training documentation.
