Job summary

People Group is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to lead training and capability development for Market Development and Sales teams. The role focuses on onboarding, upskilling, and driving business outcomes through effective training interventions.

Responsibilities include designing onboarding and refresher programs, delivering training on sales processes, mock calls, assessments, and creating content such as SOPs and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in Training, preferably Sales / Inside Sales / Market Development.
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead conversion, objection.
• Experience in training large teams, preferably 20+ members.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong data-driven and performance-oriented approach.
