Job summary

Sk Finance is seeking a skilled Sales Trainer to design and deliver structured training programs for both new hires and experienced sales teams. You will lead product knowledge, sales process, objection handling, and closing skills training.

You will develop engaging training materials and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align objectives. Excellence in coaching, data analysis, and onboarding support will drive ramp-up time and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales processes (B2B/B2C as applicable).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
• High adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and modern sales tools.
• Maintain training documentation and reports.
