Job summary

Spinny in Gurugram is seeking a Sales Trainer for tele-sales operations. You will run induction on Spinny's buy and sell journeys, Spinny Assured promise, pricing, financing, CRM and dialler tools; certify new hires before they go live.

You will train on consultative tele-sales: discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing. Coach call etiquette, empathy, escalation handling and Hindi/English communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience with call audits, TNI and measuring training effectiveness.
• Graduate in any discipline; automobile/fintech/consumer internet exposure a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a sales or process trainer in tele-sales,inside sales or a contact centre.
• Currently based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR; comfortable with 6-day weeks including allSaturdays.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience with call audits, TNI and measuring training effectiveness; good with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Graduate in any discipline. Automobile, auto finance, fintech or consumer internet experience is a plus.
