Edureka is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to elevate B2C training for certification and degree programmes. You will train sales counsellors on product knowledge, lead management, and closing techniques to boost conversions.

You will design engaging modules, conduct mock calls and role-plays, and assess performance to continually improve sales outcomes across certification courses and online degrees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2C sales training, preferably in EdTech.
• Experience training teams selling certification courses, online degrees, and higher education programmes.
• Strong understanding of inside sales, lead management, and sales conversion strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

The candidate will be responsible for training sales counsellors on sales techniques, product knowledge, lead conversion, objection handling, and customer engagement to improve overall sales performance.
