Job Title: Sales Trainer

We are seeking a Sales Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our sales teams. Responsibilities include:

1. Designing training programs for new hires, product knowledge, and skills enhancement.
2. Delivering training in classroom, virtual, or on-the-job settings.
3. Analyzing sales data to identify training needs.
4. Working with sales leaders to develop performance improvement strategies.
