Job summary

Goeen in India is seeking a customer communication and sales associate to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products, and generate leads. You will convert leads into sales and follow up regularly to achieve targets while maintaining CRM records and reporting to the manager.

Job description

1. Customer Communication & Calling
   • Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database
   • Inbound Handling: Receive incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally
   • Product Explanation: Clearly explain company products/services and offers to customers
   • Lead Generation: Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads2.
2. Sales & Follow-up
   • Conversion: Convert leads into sales or appointments as per company targets
   • Follow-up: Regular follow-up with customers to maintain engagement and close deals
   • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets
   • Cross-selling: Promote additional products/services when applicable
3. Data Management & Reporting
   • Call Records: Maintain accurate records of all calls and conversations
   • CRM Update: Update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets regularly
   • Reporting: Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the reporting manager
4. Customer Support & Coordination
   • Query Resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
   • Coordination: Work closely with the sales/field team for smooth operations
   • Customer Relationship: Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients
