Job summary

Entrepot Media Pvt Ltd is seeking a confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication in Bengali, Hindi and basic English, plus basic computer skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus. The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience, and the candidate should be based around Kolkata, India.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass); graduation preferred.
• 0–2 years of telecalling, telesales, customer service, or digital marketing sales.
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
• Confident speaking ability and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or calling software).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
