Responsabilités

• Call potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Female Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through phone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
