This full-time, on-site role focuses on lead generation, product demonstrations, proposals, and closing deals while staying ahead of industry trends and competitor tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical and software-based solutions.
• Experience or basic knowledge of construction, engineering, BIM, or project management software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.
• Promote and sell software solutions related to project management, structural design, and digital construction / BIM.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, EPC companies, and infrastructure firms.
• Actively generate and qualify leads through market research, outbound calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Track the sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging construction technologies, and competitor tools.
